Deep Fried Flowers

You may have tried tempura prawns or vegetables in a Thai restaurant, but have you ever had deep fried flowers in batter?

Served up at the jungle restaurant Ruan Rom Sak (ร่มสัก), you're probably wondering what they taste like. Well, they didn't taste of much really, but the texture was good and they were easy to eat.

What flower? I don't know, I didn't understand the Thai name.
